Ben Allred - While completing both a Doctorate of Musical Arts in piano performance and a Graduate Artist Certificate at the University of North Texas, Ben Allred still maintains a very active performance career, both as a solo pianist and as a collaborator. Ben is also an active transcriber, composer, and jazz musician.
Jeffry Eckels - Originally from Wisconsin,now residing in Denton TX with a Masters in Music Eckels is known for NPR's Whad'Ya Know, An American comedy, interview, and quiz radio show. Hosted by Michael Feldman, it was created in 1985. During its radio run, it was produced by Wisconsin Public Radio and distributed through Public Radio International. Jeffry Eckels was the original full-time bass player on the show from 1987 to 2003.

It is very interesting her dad 4th generation Texan, mom a Greek-American, G'ma from Greece and a winemaker etc. Wonderful menu & great wines!

Each month the Dallas Museum Of Art has a late night theme with music, food and art exhibits. November's upcoming exhibition "Shaken, Stirred, Styled: The Art of the Cocktail" will feature works from the late 19th century through present day, including our well-known jazz bowl. In keeping with the cocktail theme, Carolyn Lee Jones Quartet will be performing "Chapter and Verse" songs with wonderful verses long since forgotten and perfect for the cocktail hour! Featuring Sergio Pamies on the baby grand, Jonathan Fisher on bass, and Rich DeRosa on drums.
